I’m not ready for Christmas.

I have so may more movies that I love.

I also love any Hallmark Movies.

My list would go on and on and on.

I don’t know what it is about Christmas movies, there is something about them.

I love how a woman comes back to her home town and then meets an amazing man.

They are heart warming and just so lovely to watch.

What are your favourite Christmas movies?

Let’s encourage one another.

Grab a hot chocolate, marshmallows and a candy cane and enjoy a Christmas movie.

My Christmas Tree

My Christmas Tree

Yesterday I decided to put up my Christmas Tree, yes, I know that it was only November 28.

I usually wait until the first of December, but this year I decided to put it up early.

2020 has been an interesting year, so why not mix it up a bit.

Why not do things a bit differently?

When are you putting up your tree, or do you have it already up?

I brought a white Christmas Tree when I moved into my new house about 3 years ago.

I had always wanted a white tree.

The decorations on my tree are pink and silver.

I really love my tree; it reflects who I am.

I love Christmas time; it is my most favourite time of the year.

I would love to see what your tree looks like.

Let’s encourage each other.

I Want to Make a Difference

I Want to Make a Difference

I want to make a difference, I really do.

This has been on my heart for such a long time.

I love this verse in 1 Peter 4:10-

In 1 Peter 4:10, we’re called to use our gifts to serve others as faithful stewards of God’s grace. … Just as with spiritual gifts, God wants us to use our talents and skills for the benefit of others

I don’t know about you but sometimes I ask myself about my gifts-

Am I good enough?

What do other people think?

I feel that I am not good enough?

Then I think about what does God say about my gifts.

Sometimes we can become so focused on what the world says about us, when all we really need to do is to be focusing on what God says about us.

I want to lean in so close to hear his voice.

I want to be able to hear what he is saying to me.

I want to step out into the space where He is leading me.

God is for us; He is investing in our lives and He wants us to succeed.

He has given us our unique gifts and talents and He knows what we can achieve.

He has called us to be all that He wants us to be.

He will never leave us.

He is cheering us on.

He never leaves us or forsakes us.

What will you be stepping into this week?

What is something today that can move you towards making a difference?

Will you unwrap the gifts that He has given you?

I would love to hear from you.

Life As An Aunty

Life As An Aunty

I am so grateful to being an Aunty. I really am. What a blessing it is.

I have 3 beautiful nieces and one handsome nephew.

This weekend I had my 7-year-old niece stay with me from Friday night to Sunday night.

She is my youngest niece.

We had so many amazing adventures over the weekend we really did.

On Saturday my niece wanted to go to the pools for a swim, we discovered that the pool that we wanted to go to, didn’t open until the 23 of November.

She then she said let’s go to the beach.

Please, please, please Aunty Tracey.

We ended up going to Hillary’s, this is a suburb in Perth.

Hillary’s has such a lovely safe beach, especially for children and their Aunty’s.

At this beach you are able to see the bottom of the water, it is safe and such a children’s friendly beach.

We had such a lovely time there.

We stayed for over an hour.

We had swimming races, we saw small fish in the water, there were people on stand-up boards.

We did side stroke.

We ate watermelon.

We laughed.

We created memories.

Sunday my niece decided that she would make something out of watermelon and chocolate.

She was so focussed on creating, she had the watermelon, chocolate and sugar. Yes, more sugar.

She then decided that she would add an egg.

Um, no.

What she had creating was lovely and yes it was so sweet.

We also watched DVD’s, had ice cream, did craft, weeded the front garden, we also watched Bluey (a cartoon in Australia) and had fun.

I am so grateful for having the time to spend with my niece.

I love these memories.

I hope that she remembers these days.

I will always remember the time I am able to spend with her.
