I was so blessed to be able to attend the Colour Conference in Sydney from the 7 March to the 9 March how amazing. I felt so inspired and loved all the speakers.

So I have come back excited, encouraged and ready to step out and do what I am meant to do.

I felt a little lost at the begining of the year but now I know what I want to do. That is to speak and sing.

I cannot believe that we are in March now. We have a long weekend in Perth so looking forward to just catching up with friends, going to church and a bit of shopping.

I am really excited I will be in Sydney next Thursday the 7 for the Colour Conference cannot wait, really praying about it and praying for a breakthrough. It will be a great time to get recharged and come back energised and excited about the year. Looking forward to just going on the plane and having the space to write watch a movie and just look at how I am going with my goals.

I am feeling that at this moment I really want to be able to share my testimony and to really step out and really help other. I want to be able to make a difference in the community.

I was thinking about how fast a week can go, you mean to call a friend during the week and before you know it it the end of the week.

Today I am having a stay at home day and I love it. I have been extremely busy with school starting, meetings and other things to do.

So I am thinking how can I have some time during the day to stop and listen and breathe? What can I do to remind myself to enjoy the day to look at my surroundings? It might be a time I have placed in the diary or it can be spontanious. Taking the time to look at what is happening is something that I need to really focus on and it is a good thing.

So my challenge for this week is to let myself stop, look and take in my surroundings. How that looks daily for me, I am not sure yet, but I will let you know.

Well it’s Monday the start of a new week and I already feel drained, not sure why.

Really looking forward to the week ahead, thinking about what I need to do for Princess Heart.

Business cards, brochures, information cannot wait to start getting out and sharing my story.

I have a friend who is so amazing and creative, I caught up with her during the holidays which was great.

We have decided that I need to do different things, change things up, mix them around.

So 2013 for me is the year of saying YES!

I love it, I cannot wait to see what is going to happen.

Saying Yes  is going to take courage, I may need to take risks, it’s exciting and a bit scary but I know that this is the right decsion for me to do now.

So stay tunned and see what I will be saying Yes too.

Over the last weekend I had no access to my computer, so I couldn’t blogg I felt very disconnected to the world.  What where my friends doing what was happening in the world?

I did enjoy my weekend I needed to fill my time with other things.

It was also my last weekend volunteering on the lounge at church, I have been volunteering since 2008 to now. I am really excited to see what is going to happen now that my weekends will be freeer.  Change is what is happening this year and I am excited and expectant. To do things differently and also to see things differently.

We celebrated Australia Day on Saturday, the city of Perth put on an enourmous fireworks display, we decided to stay home and have a BBQ or as my sister said a lamb bbq. It was nice sitting outside talking chatting with friends. We also have a long weekend which means today Monday is a public holiday.

For me this week I will be returning to work after having holidays since the 19th December 2012. It was a great idea to have the break and not to do any extra work. I have had a great time of sorting things out and deciding what I need and what I don’t. It also has let me be creative and working on Princess Heart.

I have open mic this Wednesday at the Ledgends Bar in Applecross I am on at 7.30pm which is great. I will be doing some covers, hopefully I can find a guitarist so that I can do my originals.

I feel really passionate about speaking and singing this year, and I am praying for opportunities.

Today I am also finishing some assessments, bit of multi tasking.

Wow cannot believe that it is Thursday and I lasted posted a blog on Sunday.

So what has been happening-

I went to my boxing session on Monday and I love it, I keep saying this but I do I love it.

Tuesday I went to Samba Bootcamp it was great heaps of people turned up. Week one then I have 3 more lessons to go.

Wednesday I had my nieces stay over and what fun we have. We love to watch lots of DVD’s at the moment their favourite one is the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Rodrick Rules.  I think that we watched it about 4 times they loved it. Pizza’s for dinner and then icecream for dessert they where so excited I loved it. I loved their excitement how they love to watch the DVD’s, then Thursday (today) this morning they did painting. Love that they can be creative and paint, laugh and watch TV.

Then to end the day of before they where picked up we where blowing bubbles. Just the most simple things that brought us lots of fun.

I love them to bits and now that they have left my house is very quiet, very quiet.

This morning I went to church and I was on roster in the lounge.  It is my 2nd last time volunteering in the lounge, I have been helping out there for 4 years. It is a bit sad but I am moving on to help out on Monday nights at church. I am excited about meeting new people and being able to help out. New plans new ideas looking forward to new things.

Change is a big part of what I am doing this year. I am making new plans and mixing it up a bit.

This will allow me time also to work on Princess Heart my dream, it is time to focus on helping out in the community. It will also allow me time to work on singing and songwriting. It will also allow me time to meet people to socialise and to be expectant.

I am really looking forward to these new plans.
