Life and the Single Christian Girl……………

Yeah!
I am on school holidays, although saying that I am still working next week for three days.

I do love being a Chaplain.

I also have a very packed first week of the holidays.

That is okay because the second week is much more relaxed and I will be working on my creative projects. Oh and of course having those lovely sleep in mornings.

I am also really looking forward to going to the SPARC Conference which isn’t that long to go. I am really looking forward to the conference and cannot wait to see what happens there.

Today I have realised a change in myself I speak up for things and also I don’t let the small things worry me.

I don’t know when this happened but it makes me feel free.

I think now that I speak up when there is injustice when I look around the community I am in I want to make a difference.

I am interested in hearing what others are doing and love hearing their journeys.

I love how people see a need and then make the difference.

I know that I have for some time wanted to set up a support group for women who are recovering from and eating disorder. I think that this will happen quite soon.

I feel that I have learnt so much in my work and all the studying that I have been able to do, that now is the time to make a difference.

I know that being able to attend the Seasons of Growth Course has really equipped me with the passion and desire to make the group happen.

It is all good.

Looking forward to making a difference.

I am also going to take some time to recharge during the holidays.
